**Conditions Applied:
1. Monthly/Annual services cannot be rolled over to the following month/year.
2. Charges mentioned are excluding travel expenses. Member has to make his own travel arrangement. Travel allowance for
Saanjhbati  Parisheba assistant to be borne by the party during the Long Distance Travel Plan.
3. Charges mentioned only includes helper's service fee. Other professional fees have to be separately borne by the customer. 
4.  Payments of medicines, medical equipment and other supplies, groceries, to be paid by the party.
5. Package cost for picnic and travel-tour which would be arranged once a year would be notified to the member a month before. There is no compulsion to join it. But if the member changes his/her mind after the payment and after the arrangement has been done, no amount of money would be returned.
